The Vision
Burns Sheehan, a leading technology recruitment agency, needed a modernized digital presence. Unlike a massive, traditional corporate giant, their tech-focused audience required a platform that felt bright, clean, and highly interactive. Working alongside a large multidisciplinary team, the goal was to deliver a rich, seamless web experience that looked cutting-edge while remaining deeply functional for job seekers and hiring managers.
Interactive Design & UI
To immediately establish a modern, tech-forward aesthetic, we integrated dynamic elements right from the landing page. The hero banner features a custom WebGL interactive light effect, creating a glow and trail that follows the user's cursor.
Throughout the site, the UI relies on soft, rounded tiles to organize information cleanly, paired with scrolling carousels to keep the user experience seamless and engaging. To elevate the company's track record and statistics, we implemented dynamic counter animations that draw the eye without overwhelming the page content.

The Core UX Challenge: Search & Solutions
In recruitment design, the job search flow is the make-or-break feature. The site boasts a highly intuitive and interactive job search experience. We utilized clean pop-up elements that allow users to easily tailor their job search, displaying complex data in a highly readable format.

The Outcome
The completed site successfully bridged the gap between a highly functional recruitment database and a modern, interactive web experience.
